The zombie then applies the repair kit (Duct tape) to the leftovers, which is then transformed into a functional brain with little to no gastronomic value. Along with passing on the property of zombieism to the previously mush-brained human, it also passes on a certain resilience to trauma, since everyone knows it is really difficult to destroy an object which is repaired properly (If it at first is not repaired properly, apply more duct tape).
