if you only eat McDonalds, you'll get fatter quicker than eating the same amount in fruits and vegetables.
You can argue that it's cheaper to just get McDonalds than to buy fruits and veggies. But you just have to balance eating well and saving money. How much is your health worth?
Of course, I do understand some people simply cannot afford much and I'm extremely lucky to have grown up in a family that can provide for me and that I'm now working in a field where I know I won't go hungry. But regardless of all of that, there have been studies upon studies saying fast food is not healthy. And that's the long and short of it. Now, what people just have to decide for themselves is that it's cheaper but is that price difference worth it?
CS/CpE. Yay engineering!
