i never said it did. my best friend doesn't want kids, and that's up to her. she's no less a woman for it. much as carmen carrera is no less a woman because she is transexual. i'm using the saying as a sort of humorous way to invoke gathering up one's internal power and owning it, not that the power is gathered in genitalia, really, because that's ridiculous, amirite?? this is because i'm assuming (and maybe this is where i'm fucking up here) that people get it that i'm trying to be funny? is that a problem here? do you guys not like funny? i've been away from the site for a bit, so maybe i missed a post about "no more funny posts" or something.
thus, in my interpretation, i told her to own her womanhood and i assume the choice is hers. i'm telling her that there is nothing to fear, and that it's fully fucking awesome as all get out. (are we not allowed to do that with the assuming? i am starting to think assuming people are smart and have a sense of humour is somehow incorrect...) of course, she will make her mind up accordingly because she is an individual with her own body and she gets to do whatever she wants with that.
and before i get into trouble, being a dad rocks. and so does being the parent of whatever name you choose in whatever body you're doing it from and whatever sex/gender you are to whatever species you're parenting.
ok? am i safe?
cw, you are missed...
