It's the reason why this isn't going to get the attention it deserves.
Look at it this way... this didn't reduce Anonymous' opinion of Obama. Sure, it might have confirmed some things, but did they need confirming for him? Has anything, ever, that he believed about Obama needed it for him to act on it?
Anonymous cannot disapprove more than he already has. When everything the President does is wrong, then what is a few more wrong things?
The problem is that it has been like this for nearly the entire opposition party, hurling themselves in front of anything the President has done. Given that level of opposition, its remarkable he's achieved anything.
The problem is that when truly legitimate missteps take place, like they have, there can be no raised voice except from the DNC. But because of all the GOP shouting, the Dems have circled the wagons, and so even with investigations, there will never be the public wheel for the necessary investigations.
So the GOP is shouting that Obama is incompetent, a failure, a cheat. Haven't they always? Just because the words changed you expect people to pay attention now?
