What the pollsters (and the majority of the population) continues to be unaware of, or ignore, is that ALL gun sales by a business are subject to background checks. It does not matter if they are online, at a store, at a gunshow, or in an alleyway. The only transactions that are not subject to a background check are done by individuals (this accounts for about 20% of all gun sales per CNN, not exactly a bastion of right-wing propoganda).
The "expanded background checks" and "closing the internet/gun-show loophole" is in reality directly attacking your individual right to dispose of your personal property.
