I have a few Dipterocarpus seeds from Laos, and I'll also try to grow some elms and ashes.

As for vegetables, I haven't decided yet, but probably tomatoes at least.
do those trees grow fruit? i've tried sprouting lychee and loquat from seeds, but so far only have one lychee (i think). i have a japanese maple in the back which i thought wasn't going to make it through the winter, but it seems to have done pretty well judging from the new branches so far this year
