Norway only has 13% of its population as immigrants and most of those are Polls and Swedes. Denmark is 90% Danish. Finland is even lower. Sorry but 90% of the population being of the same race and race and background does count as homogenous even if you do see the odd none white face now and then. America is polarized because it has massive country with people from around the world and with different economies. Yes polarization does hurt America at times but true diversity helps it as well. Either way a few tiny isolated populations makes a piss poor model for a country that spans a continent and has populations from around the globe. If it can’t exported it really has no value as a model.
Texas has a similar population to the Nordic countries but has a population that 45% white huge populations a of immigrants many who speak little or no English. The large rural popualtions that have historical lived in poverty sence the Civil War. Sorry but Nordic model wouldn't work here.
