Pass a god damn budget congress and the president. Stop bickering over continuing resolutions

it is up to congress to pass the budget but they are content to sit and moan about it because they "got 98% of what they wanted" with the sequester. it's in the republicans hands to get it done but they'd rather create twitter hashtags than govern...
