That's Cardinal Peter Appiah Turkson of Ghana

None of my three picks are related, Turkson is picked because I think they'll want to avoid a European and especially an Italian, and Ghana doesn't come with any baggage the way an Italian or an American would. Benedict for continuity, I consider it improbable but a decent guess. March 22nd because they are slow to gather, will want to take enough time to be seen as not-hasty, but will want someone in office by Palm Sunday. It actually seems like a very good roll out date, and the Friday before Palm Sunday seems a good time to do the announcement and tie everytihng in for a big celebration/holiday.
