Participation is encouraged but non-obligatory. I suggest those interested just login to Skype, beep anyone in their contact list with a similar interest and start building a group conversation from there. Note: Whoever starts the group conversation must host the call (so hopefully they have a decent internet connection,) and video is only enabled for premium accounts (and only supported for up to 8 people regardless.) Limited past experience suggests setting a specific time/date is counterproductive, so just consider it in progress from now until the end of Sunday, assuming people show up for it.
