One of the things Hollywood almost always misses is the bazaar mix of professionalism and immaturity. The same guy who will leave cover to get a better firing angle and who can stoically accept incoming fire until civilians have moved out of way can't seem to make formation on time and thinks it is funny if he can trick his buddies into looking at his penis.
