...but it's a game, not a car, or money from a poor person. It's not okay if he stole it (I don't really see you mentioning why exactly you are sure he did, though) but I also don't see what the big deal is.

I'd keep it, play it and simply not buy things from him anymore. Friends don't rat on friends for such minor things. And tossing the game doesn't help anyone at this point anymore either.

Can you tell, I am quite the opportunist. But I sleep well at night ;)

As to why I think he stole it, the situation was a little weird, with him admitting to stealing other stuff, and basically telling me that if I had other stuff or games I was looking for he could get them for me and all that.
Anyway, I sort of feel better now that I talked about it. Thanks for your opinion.
