22 children attacked, and nobody died from their stab wounds last i checked.
Your average adult could execute a crowd of children with a knife quite easily if that was their intent. It takes very little physical effort to grab hair & slice the throat of someone 1/4th your size. Essentially, the person was not really trying to kill anyone.
