1.5 oz Crown Royal
8 oz ginger ale
1 cap of pure vanilla extract
1 small squirt of ginger infused simple syrup
Serve over ice and garnish with a single mint leaf in a rocks glass if you'd like. I make them for my parents for holidays and such.
If you are looking for something more potent, chocolate milk is good.

1.5 oz Kahlua
1.5 oz Bailey's Irish cream
1 tbs Hershey's chocolate syrup
4 oz milk
shake with cracked ice, strain and serve in a martini glass. yum.
My standard 3-4x a week drink is:

8 oz Diet Pepsi
garnish with a lime wheel and serve in a rocks glass.
in any event, there are three good choices for you. My wife loves all three so it is not just a guy thing there (although she does drink her JD&cola with ice while I do not).
*EDIT - if this is one of your first forays into serious alcohol abuse, be very cautious who is with you and who is in charge. If you are planning on losing control, make sure you have your DD Guardian in place. Remember, there is little pride to be found in looking at pictures on the internet of yourself naked in a puddle of your own vomit. *edit 2 - It is better than someone else's vomit I suppose.
