I am inclined to agree with your rationale though. I am no lawyer, of course, but understand rapes legal definition to include sex. I also believe it (and bodily assault) is a crime of violence. If you managed to impregnate a woman as the Father did—with NO physical contact (sexual or otherwise)—I believe you would be off the hook. Getting that pound of fetal flesh without spilling a drop of virgin maternal blood, however, is rather difficult by mortal means.
