yeah, the whole "evolving" thing about gay marriage earlier was a contradiction between himself and biden, but obama never made solid, verifiable statements *against* gay marriage before deciding he was ok with it after all. at least, he never did during *this* election cycle, while romney has been making conflicting statements all year and then some. i'm not voting for either of them, but my fervent hope is that romney does not win. if for no other reason than it would make the US appear to no longer care about substance and policy when a candidate can just blatantly lie every single time he opens his mouth to speak in order to get elected.
