I think there are probably a few more. Then there's always the possibility of a military guy, like Petraeus, but I think it's unlikely given that he's not been in politics at all. A more usual "military to politics" path is the one that Colin Powell took. He would have been A List, by the way, if he didn't endorse Obama in 2008 and end up an outsider in the party.
