"Anyone" means "anyone;" perhaps you have a writing comprehension problem.

I didn't vote for one position in one year of my voting lifetime. I have been voting for 18 years, say 8 positions on each ballot, so I voted for 143 positions out of 144.
Are you trying to be stupid or does it come natural?

For that matter, "every year" means "every year," but your last comments meaning was clear, albeit misstated. Your first was NOT; if you meant you voted in all elections EXCEPT the presidential one you should have said that, instead of that you voted for NO ONE (which is what you did say, deliberately or not.)
I am proud to not cast a vote for GWB's second term or moron Kerry. I'm sorry that you are a robot and have to vote for the D in every election, regardless of the quality of the candidate. I guess I just expect more.
I am sorry you are under the mistaken impression there are only two candidates in each race (or perhaps just the presidential race?

I imagine much of Romney's charitable giving is to the Mormon Church.
