I don't think Romney is that interested in starting a war with anyone

There may be some political rhetoric about Obama being weak to our enemies but but barring another attack I don't see Romney putting a lot focus on foreign policy at least not from a military point of view. He will be looking to balance the budget and lower taxes and another war won't help that. You can usually get a feel for what a candidate's core interest are by what they have focused on in the past. Sometime you get situations like with Bush where circumstances can change that but it was pretty clear Obama would focus on green energy and social spending and it pretty clear Romney wants to focus on the economy. Obama has proven that focusing on something doesn't guarantee results but still most people have core issues that make them want the office to begin with and I don't get the impression that exerting military power around the world is one of Romney's core issues.
Biden claims Romney wants war with Syria and Iran.

Biden should be busy preparing to debate Ryan so he is not shredded, instead of saying stupid things

I still think the post-war Axis powers the best model, but that requires equivalent manpower.
