You're not stupid, so I'm going to assume you know why your post is nonsense.

and i'm going to keep insisting you're a baby puncher until you finally decide you're not posting here ever again. after that, we're deleting every post you ever made throughout history. i don't have any solid evidence of your baby punching but these 10 people say you did it so it *must* be true....
lance armstrong, as i understand it, is basically taking his ball and going home. arbitration is heavily favored for USADA, why should he subject himself to something he is destined to lose whether or not he actually did the deed -- something they can't consistently prove with solid evidence despite having years of samples. and yes, he tested positive one time but got doctor's clearance because of steroids related to his chemotherapy treatment. i'm not really seeing the whole "ruin the sport" angle, but you keep on with your crusade since it obviously gives you so much pleasure to do so
One thing though, just so you know, you are wrong about the failed test. You probably want to read up on it if you are going to comment.

he will lose in arbitration, whether or not he is innocent. that's the point

Yes - clearly the USADA are far too conservative in their approach and should bring more charges
