I have a serious goal for the month of August - to take 20 classe of kettlebell kickboxing at my gym. This means I basically have to go every day, no excuses. So far, I've done 3 clases, and we're 6 days into the month - I'm a little behind schedule.

You do actually need to eat more when exercising to get any effect, but you probably need water
