for now he has successfully changed that, he's now reasonably well known as a figure of fun... which is good going for someone who came here to show he was an international statesman. His Secret Intelligence Service has probably left quite a lot of senior people in the government, and the various branches of the intelligence services and military, angry at him though or unwilling to trust him with anything important.
