That was the only good part of that movie with the Penguin, if you ask me. Still intrigued by why exactly they thought it was a good idea to put that line into that movie, though... unless maybe it's a direct quote from the comics, can't say I've read any Batman comics either.

As for Rush's quote, yeah, I don't know, it doesn't exactly seem like the kind of thing that if you ramble long enough the chance of your saying it approaches one, as Isaac seems to suggest. A bit too far out there for that.
