What do you think about the "there is no profit in curing diseases" idea? Do you really think that cures are out there but it's much more profitable just to treat a disease? Or is this line of thinking a little too cynical? Somewhere in between?
you shouldn't think of healing people as an industry, it de-humanises something that shouldn't be de-humanised.
if coming across a rare medicine makes you think 'ERMAGERD MONIES!' before 'ERMAGERD I CANS HEAL PPL' then you fail at being human. that being said you should be recompensed but massive profit shouldn't be your main objective.
