The "real America" of which Mrs. Palin so famously and proudly spoke, the same "real America" presumably represented by the Alaskan movement to secede from "fake America" of which her husband is a member. Not that they have a monopoly on extremism or extremist violence, but the circumstances of this murder make it very likely that's the fringe element responsible
