Well, we DO, just not one involving phlegm. It is more like what Norwegian represents with "kj." GERMAN "ch" was one of the most frustrating challenges for most of my classmates when learning the language. Speaking of which, I understand the sound is rather poorly known in the southwestern part of YOUR country, too, so you have no room to criticize. Definition of surreal: Realizing, twenty years after leaving HS, that you are in a foreign language class listening to "The Ode to Joy" (mercifully, it was just someone whistling on the stairs this time, and I was not required to learn the words. )
