... I would say that supermoon is the common astronomy term for an astronomical occurrence, not an astrology term nor an astrological occurrence, and jh is just trolling you.
EDIT - I've read Isaac's reply above concerning the astrological origin of the term, but it's not being used in an astrological context here, so ... ~shrug~
I dug around a bit more and decided to look up the coin-termer's own stuff, and surprisingly it is a pretty good read, minus the actual astrology aspect, he does a good job IMO explaining it in layman's terms, and does I think merit it's own term and I really can't think of anything that's not either inaccurate or a horrible mouthful, so why not?
