1. (1 point) Name the TV show revolving around a doctor who travels through time in machine disguised as a phone booth?
Or a police box? I feel that if I'm able to be annoyingly pedantic, I should get bonuses for that. Dr. Who
Of course phone booth is a setup for question #2, and being annoyingly pedantic is an important attribute to geekdom... however in this case a police box is a type of phone booth originating in the United States in Albany, NY in 1877, the year after Bell's patent... they spread around the East Coast quite a lot before jumping the Atlantic, they picked up a lot of bells and whistles since they served as something of mobile offices for the police before radios made it easier to communicate on the move, but they are a type of phone booth, or call box or phone kiosk. So in this case phone booth is correct in the same way Timmy's pet mammal, Lassie, was also his dog

You really shouldn't get points for abbreviating the "Doctor" in "Doctor Who"
