I can think of a few more things that make females tolerable...oh wait, you said "being female", never mind...;)


An IUD is a method of birth control that is the most long term and maintenance free that so far exists, aside from sterilization. It can be non hormonal (copper) which is effective for 10 years. In essence, that boils down to not getting pregnant without any kind of daily hassle, just like for men.

A menstrual cup is an alternative to tampons and pads. It is much safer (no toxic shock syndrome), cheaper (reusable), comfortable, andit doesn't leak. With the menstrual cup, I just need to remember that I have a period once a day. Which is as good an approximation to not getting it at all as we yet have (without hormonal intervention, which is a pandora's box of its own) .
