In general, though, I'm inclined to be wary of anything from an Anglo-Saxon country that claims to be chocolate.
Excepting artisanal stuff that is actual proper chocolate, of course (just like with several other kinds of food I could name - the US does generally have the good stuff even for those products where their standard leaves a lot to be desired, just not in mass production).
