The Economist and The Christian Science Monitor MrFarstrider Send a noteboard - 20/02/2012 02:24:21 AM
I've found the Economist to be very middle of the road considering its a European publication. The articles are very interesting and not really written to take one side or the other.

The Christian Science Monitor is also very middle of the road. The name kind of throws it off but it really has nothing to do with religion now.

I find the articles in both magazines to be about topics I care about and want to read about. Once I start reading them, I am generally more interested in the topic than when I started. I find the articles usually provide me with both sides of the topic and even provides me with some additional insight that never really crossed my mind.

They're good for an occasional read but a yearly subscription will probably set you back quite a bit.
