His conservative credentials are good, from what I hear, but he is not the caricature that all the far right candidates are. If Obama stumbles to re-election it will only be because Romney proves unelectable, and I would expect Jindal to be an early favorite in 2016. At that point I would expect a repudiation of Romneys Third Way conservatism that basically amounts to "slash taxes and regs, then endorse whatever social policy your audience wants." He seems to have dropped off a lot of peoples radars, but still looks like a formidable candidate to me. I admit to not knowing much about him though, which is probably any Republicans greatest asset with me (though if the GOP nominated Huckabee I would be in a real bind this November.)

By the way, while I do not identify with the Occupiers (the charges of being young, lazy, ignorant, stoned malcontent anarchists seem all too often valid,) the attempted role reversal on charges of violent extremism are not only lame, but old. I know that is how the game is played: Every time you are caught doing something inexcusable, accuse the witness of it. Still and so, while we can trade the same accusation back and forth all day long, who keeps shooting whom...?
