Generally I'd put heat on the back of my knees and calves and ice the front. Plus I used a lot of anti-inflammatories.

Might be worth going to see a physio or osteopath to help fix the tendon problem. I tend to avoid doctors in those circumstances.



Btw, looked up the drug online. Pretty scary side effects!
