Hence I do not go around calling things unconstitutional when the SCOTUS has already ruled they are not. Speaking of the Constitution, however, between saying Social Security violates it, the 17th Amendment should be repealed and that we should create amendments to ban abortion and gay marriage, I think Perrys Radical Republican credentials are well established (the original Radical Republicans only amended the Constitution three times, not four.) I know TX amends its state Constitution as often as most people change shirts, but if Perry dislikes that many things about the federal Constitution maybe he should consider residency in a country without it rather than trying to screw up his native one.
