Should be simple. Not some "he said this but he really meant this" argument but where he says what you claim he said. If you can't please just admit you are know what you are saying is a load of crap but you choose to believe because it what you want to believe.
According to the book Perry wrote last year, he thinks Social Security is
1) a "bad disease,"
2) "a crumbling monument to the failure of the New Deal,"
3) "an illegal Ponzi scheme" and
4) unconstitutional because it exists "at the expense of respect for the Constitution and limited government."
In addition to his book, the Houston Chronicle quoted him in August stating Social Security is "a monstrous lie" and (yet again) "a Ponzi scheme." The AP also quoted him a week and a half ago saying Social Security should be replaced with private retirement accounts. Unless one thinks Perry supports "illegal," "unconstitutional" "fail[ed]" "Ponzi schemes," he is undeniably calling for Social Securitys abolition.
Just to be clear: I am not spending the next two days debating whether Perry means what he says, even if you (and apparently he) want to do so. The trouble with major issue flip flops like this one is that it does not matter, because it is simply debating whether he was lying last year or now.
