2001 to sometime late 2004/early 2005. We've been on a long slow decline since then. Part of that is the loss of the regular infusion of new members around each and every new WoT book. Part of that it due to the longtime members getting older, busier, etc. Throw in the growth of social media, twitter, and the continued popularity of blogging, and Message Board activity is down pretty much around the web.

That and really all the actual fun is on our secret, invite only MB hidden on this site... and sometimes the Team MB.
