Other than that, there are a coudple of swedish cheeses I generally buy, Grevé and Västerbottenost.
Now, a nice Roquefort is always appreciated, but it can take over a bit much... S:t Agur is somewhat milder, and quite brilliant.
Maybe a morbier?
I tried manchego a couple of times, but I suspect we only get bad manchego here, fairly tasteless. Gruyere is fairly tasteless too, and a bit too dry.
Oh, and a slightly heated chèvre with some honey and walnuts on top... now that is good.
Parmesan is great for cooking.
I've never tasted a Gouda cheese I liked.
