I'll start with that cheddar is the best cheese of all time.
It is incredibly versatile, and, when combined with parmesan, it is great in cheese sauce. But only when it's extra mature.
Favourite cheese: Totara tasty. Amazing. I also love Brie, but can't eat it at the moment because it's deemed not safe during pregnancy. Soft cheeses are more likely to cause food poisoning.
Least favourite: anything at all that's blue. I don't need to see the mould. If I can't see it, I can pretend it's not there. Special mention to gorgonzola for frequently making me forget it's blue.
Also not very fond of sheep or goat's cheese, so feta is sometimes not for me.
And I've had a goat cheese before. It wasn't bad- was called "Farmers Cheese."

Pointless discussion time!

Cheddar is okay. What isn't okay is the US doesn't seem to have much of anything else.

I like cheese. I didn't used to, though. I didn't eat it for 10 years.

<3 Brie, but I don't like the rind either, and I'm not embarrassed about not eating it.
