Your central premise here is the reason I posit Unity as the First Cause.

It seems like you're actually asking about mass, volume, greatness, and smallness, and how they interact with infinity. Or at least, you're asking about those four as much.
Anyway, a couple guesses at the answers. First, I think the volume of the infinite number of infinitely small particles would simply be infinite first, and that infinity does weird things and is not large or small in a cut and dry, referential way. So the answer I suppose would be that they infinite RATHER than being large or small.
The other more simple answer I think would be that basically 'large' is the right answer, since even if the infinitely small particles are tiny, there's still something infintesmally small that makes it a particle of some sort. And since there is something, however tiny, to each particle the infinite quantity of the particles ensures that you have and infinite positive quantity of particles, and so matter or what have you. So the infinity of the quantity of the particles wins out and makes it large, basically. Or what I said above. Or both. Or, probably neither. I'll let people with knowledge of set theory go on to refute me.

That "something infinitesimally small that makes it a particle of some sort". Granted, even a single infinitesimal is not Void, it's still an element of Unity, but my point is that will be true of ANYTHING we use to define Void, which can only be expressed in terms of what it is NOT, and is thus dependent on those things for relevance. You can never have a true tabula rasa, because even the tablet alone provides at least a little form and structure. It's a truism to say all things that exist have existence, but it's as much a truism to say Void lacks that attribute as it does all others. Any attempt to define Void immediately converts it to some form of Unity; true Void is literally inconceivable, and while that does not conclusively disprove it (conclusively disproving anything is the only thing harder than conclusively proving it), I can't think of a single piece of evidence for Void as anything more than a hypothetical alternative to Unity. In other words, Void is what remains when all being has been removed, and thus has no being of its own, by definition.

Psuedo-scientic metaphysical question thingy about infinity. Plus some other random stuff.

This kinda hinges on quantum, planck units, and even dark matter

I think you're actually asking more than about infinity.

I don't know about the rest of the questions but I approach sobriety with atleast a liter of tequila *NM*

Well, you haven't said anything about the space or density, so it's impossible to comment on volume.
