in the sense that both teams, the Yankees and the All Blacks, have a logo that - in countries where neither sport is very popular - is perhaps more famous than the team itself. I think far more Europeans would recognize that Yankees logo than recognize the name itself, and the same is true for the All Blacks, though I'll admit both logo and name are encountered a bit less.
