I SHOULD buckle my seat belt... just like I should exercise more, wear goggles when I use the weed-whacker, and maybe not mouth off at the big burly guy at the bar.

However, if I choose not to, it doesn't hurt anyone else, I shouldn't get a damn fine for it.
