Yup. I fell. Right in the middle of a street fair with all these people around prompting some old ladies sitting on a bench to wonder if I was alright.
My frozen yogurt got all over this Italian sports car.
I am currently dying of embarrassment.

Sure (no).

Not yet (IIRC).
3. When you fall, have you ever broken a bone?
Again, not yet.
4. When you ice your falling wound, do you use a real ice pack or frozen vegetables?
Depends; I've never used ice for that, but have been known to use vegetables, ice or those nice little moldable freezer packs they have.
5. Can you think of a time when you fell that didn't end badly?
Unless you fall into a pile of money I don't think that's possible.
