I wouldn't have believed that there could be an alcoholic beverage worse than vodka with salty liquorice. I don't how to describe it, but it's vile.
Suprise, surprise, there is. It's called White Deer and it's milk, vodka and powdered elk/reindeer horn (ammonium bicarbonate, NH4HCO3, E503. Think baking soda if you will).
Again, the taste is indescribable. Somehow slimy and salty. I took a few mouthfuls and ate the cranberries floating in it. Perhaps it would make an okay shot?
i can see how the baking soda would make things slimy. and gross.
1. Would you like to try a white deer? (Based on the list of ingredients, not my negative opinion).
nope!
2. Your favourite drink?
whiskey.
3. Do you like men's drinks? The Deer is considered one. I suppose more feminine drinks are sweeter (daintier?)
i like both. girly drinks are fruity or sweet i think... not that there's much dainty about drunk ladies. (after12 on failblog...)
4. Do you like milk drinks? For example chocolate and mint liqueurs and milk. I could drink those till I pass out.
i don't drink milk, so no. i used to love white russians, though... when i was vegan i made soy-russians and what is known as a "miki" which was vodka, kahlua and 43 with soy milk. 43 is an amazing liquer that tastes like vanilla caramelized marshmallows.
"it's like the real world, except there's dragons!"
cw, you are missed...

I once drank bicarb mixed with various fruit juices (aged about 6). I threw up quite spectacularly.

Kumys - warm, fermented camel's milk - is a worse alcoholic beverage.
