One of the earlier weekends, I think. Friday evening to Sunday morning.

We always have a great time, and Edinburgh's a lovely city to visit. October's also a good month for it because the weather tends to be settled before heading into winter.

Assuming Jens hasn't notified their border patrol, of course. ;) Puts me in a quandry though, 'cos it looks like we're not gonna be able to make it State side for a while (essentially, until I get my official residence permit it's an open question whether they'd stop me at the airport if I tried to return, though I do technically have the right). Keep me posted on your itinerary; I've always wanted to attend an Edinburgh Gathering and may just do it if we're not making plans to cross the Pond or cruise the Continent with you (the siren call of Amsterdam is strong.... :whistle: )
