The Eastern Church bases everything on the Septuagint.

Essentially, the Septuagint is the ultimate authority in all matters of Old Testament faith because it predates any Masoretic text. As a result, the Orthodox Church accepts ALL of the Septuagint (except Psalms of Solomon) and retains the original order of books found in the Septuagint (so Judith falls in with Ruth and Esther, for example).
BTW, the Catholics also follow the Septuagint order for the apocrypha that they have accepted. Both my Russian bible and my Vulgate (and English-language Catholic Bible) have the Septuagint books in their order in the Septuagint. It is only modern editions printed by Protestant heretics that tear them from their natural habitat. My Septuagint was printed by heretics (I believe either of the Calvinist heresy or the Henrican heresy of England) so it unnaturally separates the books.

Political correctness is the pettiest form of casuistry.

Because Episcopalians don't listen to the Bible much.

There's ample precedent for female religious leaders, even within the bible.
