We don't even know what those qualifications even are. As I pointed out in another reply we don't even know what "Natural Born Citizen" even means and I suspect that Obama would qualify even he had been born in Kenya.
Do a search for Roger Cólero, who ran as the Socialist Workers Party candidate in 2008. He appeared on a few state ballots.
the states he appeared on the ballot have pretty lax ballot access laws for third party candidates compared to states like texas and oklahoma. plus, it's not like the SWP has done anything meaningful in the last 35+ years so i don't think having this guy on 5 state ballots is really helping their cause. they seem to do more infighting than working on actual issues...
The point was someone screwed up somewhere, as he's not a "natural born citizen" of the United States. He shouldn't have appeared on any ballots if there is a federal agency that certifies eligibility.
