This sounds like a moment question. Do they want the anwer in terms of Newtons? Other wise the answer would be 1241 kg. m. which is approximately 12170 Newtons.

Moment= (weight of beam * (length/2))+ (Weight of person * distance from bolt)

Overall Moment +- depends on the system you draw
