Incorporate into your life a physical activity that you find enjoyable...this will help change the pace from a normal workout to something fun that will be a good exercise.

Rock Climbing...
Hiking...
Dancing...
Yoga...
Surfing...
Riding your bike in the park...

Any number of things could work. I've finally found for myself a hobby type activity that doesn't involve me sitting on a couch someplace with a video game controler in one hand, and a spoon in the other. It has greatly helped me keep my weight under control.
