1. Are you currently following any kind of weight loss/fitness plan?


Nope. I am doing some rehab exercises for my ankles though.

Fairly well, actually.

4. Have any advice? (If you're Tom, you don't need to tell me that I should just run and eat what I want within reason. I apparently have a special kind of chub that is impervious to this plan.:P)


You should run and eat what you want within reason. If you run a lot, that is. Also, no more than 5 beers a week :(

5. Would you like to be supported in this endeavor? I've got an excellent guilt-trip.


No thanks, the guilt trip is something I do on my own. It is the running part which I need help with :P
