Colors like orange on black are a bit easier on the eyes; ideally you want something on a darker background with a decent but not horrific amount of contrast.

Actually, considering the company, I'm still worried, just for different reasons. :P White on dark blue seems to work well at Broncos Forums, but a light gray on dark blue would probably be better (whether it would be aesthetically appealing remains to be seen).
